• Will I need to sign a contract?

    Yes! A contract must be signed before a session or wedding is officially booked with Roundtree Photography. You will be sent a contract, via email, after we’ve discussed all necessary details and have solidified a date for the session or wedding. You will be able to access the contract from your email inbox and digitally provide your signature! Remember to read the contract very thoroughly and ask as many questions as you need to!

  • What does the booking process look like?

    For both sessions and weddings: Once you've decided on which type of session or wedding collection you'd like and a date has been selected for your session or wedding day, I will send over a contract & proposal, where you can digitally sign and pay your non-refundable retainer to officially secure your date for your session or wedding!

  • How will my session be delivered?

    Your photos will be delivered on an online digital gallery. It will be sent to your email address. You will be able to download all of your images in a quality, high resolution version. Your gallery will never expire.

  • Is there a travel fee that is charged?

    Yes! But, only if the chosen location for your session is an hour or more away from where I am based. The travel fee costs $35.00 for EACH hour of travel, to and from the session.

  • How can I find out your prices?

    Good question! You can fill out the inquiry form on the Contact page, here, on the website. Once I receive your inquiry, I will send you my Investment Guide with all of the information/details you need!

  • Will I be able to purchase any prints of my photos from my session?

    Absolutely! In your online digital gallery, there will be a shopping cart set up for you once it has been delivered. You, and the ones you share your gallery with, can order all of your favorites right within the gallery! There are many options available, like: specialty prints, albums, canvases, etc.

  • Are refunds permitted?

    No. That includes no refunds on retainers, fees, or overall payments if cancellations occur.

  • Do you give out RAW images?

    No, I don't. I create each photo with my brand's signature edit.

  • How long will it take to get my photos back?

    Currently, I have a 3 week turnaround time for delivery.

  • Will you help to style us for our session?

    Of course! I actually provide an outfit guide that will give you tips on outfit choices! It has color palettes included in it that can also help you to base your colors on if you like any of those. You can also send photos of different combinations to me that you had in mind and I can help you that way, too. I'm always here to help!

  • Is a retainer needed to secure my session date?

    Yes, a retainer is required! The amount of the retainer will be $200.00 for the Full session or Mini session.

  • Are pets allowed for a session?

    Absolutely! Yes, yes, and yes! Bring them all. :)

  • Are you willing to travel for a session?

    Yes, I travel to the following areas: The Mississippi Gulf Coast and Louisiana Northshore region. There are travel fees that are charged depending on amount of travel needed.

  • If I don't know where to have the session, do you offer assistance with finding the right spot?

    Of course! I definitely have a few places up my sleeve to share with you and I’m more than willing to do my homework/research to see what our options are.

  • Do you include a Second Shooter option in any of your Wedding Collections?

    Yes, I do! All three of the Wedding Collections that I offer include a Second Shooter in them. My Second Shooter is my sweet husband, Caleb. We’re a great team!

  • Will I be able to reschedule my session?

    If bad weather/storms are occurring on the day of your session, we can reschedule. I typically, don’t cancel a session for rain chances until the day of, since things are subject to change quickly with weather down South. I communicate constantly with you throughout the day and if things look too bad as time gets really close, we won’t take a chance. NOTE: If there is a circumstance where rescheduling must happen on your end, that is not weather related, there will be a rescheduling fee that will be charged.

  • Will you send "sneak peeks" after a session or wedding?

    Yes, indeed! This is one of my favorite things to do! You will receive 3-5 “sneak peeks” 1-3 days after your session or wedding.
